Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable

uncomfortablehandshakeSuccessful people do things unsuccessful people don’t like to do. Comfort is highly overrated in the short run, and often underrated in the long run. In the short run discomfort is a sign that something is happening. It’s usually growth of some kind, or at least something that will lead to growth. Bask in that. Use it. Get better. It’s not permanent. However, when the dull nauseating angst drags on it’s a sign that more short-term discomfort may be required to move things off center. This means change.
